What are your ticket prices?

$9.00 for Children (12 and under)

$12.00 for Adults

$9.00 for Seniors (62 and over)

add $3.00 for all 3D presentations

Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

Unfortunately, we have no way to take credit card information over the phone. Tickets can only be purchased through this website, or in person at our box office.

I purchased tickets online, but never got a confirmation email.

First, check the SPAM folder of your email account. The confirmation email can sometimes end up there. If you don’t receive it, no worries, we can always look you up by your email when you arrive at the theater.

Can I exchange or refund my tickets?

We can exchange or refund tickets anytime PRIOR to the start of the movie you have tickets for. You can do the exchange in-person at our Box Office, or call us at 508-945-0874. If you get our answering machine, please leave your name, phone number, the email you used to purchase tickets and whether you want the tickets refunded to a gift card, or swap them for a different time/date. Refunds back to your credit card, or cash, can only be done in person at our Box Office.

Do you have food and drink at the theater?

Yes! Our lobby concession has the expected soft drinks and candy, as well as confections from The Chatham Candy Manor and the best popcorn on Cape Cod. And we share our lobby with Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark, which offers pizza by the pie or the slice, salads, sandwiches, and appetizers (coming soon). They also have a full liquor license. You are welcome to take food and beverages into the theater and enjoy them while you watch your film.
